Payment rules on the SCVN platform

II. Paid Services
Competing, earning SC points and joining a clan are always free. SCVN charges only for the Pro and Elite account plans.

- A plan is paid once and does not renew automatically. SCVN never charges you when a plan expires.
- The prices above include VAT.
- The price that applies is the price shown when you confirm your order.
- Money cannot buy SC points, levels or ranks.
- The benefits of each plan are published on the plans page on the web and in the app.
III. How to Pay

- Accounts registered with Google or Apple (no password) buy plans in the app: Profile → Account plan.
- For in-app purchases, Apple or Google shows the price and tax on its own payment screen. This amount may differ from the web price.
- SCVN does not receive or store your card number or your bank login details.
- SCVN never asks you to transfer money to a personal account. The receiving account on the web is always in the company's name.
IV. Buying on the Web
- Sign in, choose a plan, and check the price and the new expiry date.
- Agree to the Terms of Service, the Payment Policy and the Refund Policy.
- Scan the VietQR code and transfer the exact amount within 15 minutes. Do not change the amount or the transfer description.
- The plan activates by itself within seconds. If it is delayed, the system reconciles automatically within about 10 minutes.
V. Plan Term When You Buy Again

When a plan expires, the account returns to the free Player plan. Your data and the clans you created are kept.
VI. Transfer Errors
- Transfer after 15 minutes: if the amount is correct, the plan is still activated.
- Transfer too little: the plan is not activated. You choose to top up or to get the money back.
- Transfer too much or twice: SCVN refunds the excess.
- Paid but the plan is not active: contact support@scvn.vn or 0903 116 140. SCVN replies within 4 working hours.
- Bought in the app but the plan does not show, or you changed phones: tap "Sync plan" at Profile → Account plan.
VII. Documents
- Your order history is at Profile → Account plan → Purchase history.
- Orders through the App Store or Google Play have a receipt sent by Apple or Google.
- For an e-invoice on a web order, send your order code and invoice details to support@scvn.vn. The company issues the e-invoice as required by law.
VIII. Refunds and Complaints
Refund conditions follow the Refund Policy. Complaints follow the Consumer Protection Policy.
IX. Effect
This policy takes effect on the date stated at the top. SCVN publishes changes on the website before they apply. Changes do not affect completed orders.
