II. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all users who access, register for and use the SCVN website or app, including but not limited to:

  • Sports players
  • Coaches
  • Court Owners / clubs
  • Tournament Organizers
  • Affiliated partners
  • Members of the system administration board

By using SCVN, users are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all of these Terms.

III. Account Registration Conditions

Users registering an SCVN account must:

  • Be at least 11 years old. People under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian
  • Provide truthful and accurate registration information
  • Be responsible for keeping their account and password secure

SCVN has the right to:

  • Refuse registration if the information is invalid
  • Request additional verification where necessary

IV. User Rights

Users have the right to:

  • Use SCVN's features in accordance with their published functions
  • Have their personal information kept confidential under the Privacy Policy
  • Submit feedback and complaints relating to the use of the service
  • Request correction or deletion of personal data in accordance with regulations
  • Freely stop using the service at any time

V. User Obligations

Users are obliged to:

  • Comply with the Terms of Service, the Operating Regulations and applicable law
  • Not use SCVN for fraud, profiteering or violating the law
  • Not interfere without authorization with SCVN's technical system

Not post content that is:

  • False
  • Insulting or defamatory
  • In violation of fine customs and traditions
  • In violation of the lawful rights and interests of third parties

V-bis. Zero-Tolerance Policy

SCVN has a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for all objectionable content and abusive behavior on the platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you understand and agree to this policy.

Absolutely prohibited content and behavior includes (without limitation):

  • Harassing, threatening or personally attacking individuals or groups in any form
  • Content inciting hatred or discrimination based on race, religion or gender
  • Sexual, pornographic or nude content
  • Content that is violent, causes harm or involves self-harm
  • Spam, scams, impersonating others
  • Any content that violates Vietnamese law or fine customs and traditions

24-hour handling commitment: Upon receiving a report of violating content or behavior, SCVN undertakes to remove the content and take action against the violating account (warning, restriction or permanent lock) within 24 hours. Users can report content and block other users directly in the app. A blocked user will immediately no longer appear in the blocking user's feed, chat and leaderboard.

SCVN reserves the right to permanently terminate violating accounts, with refunds handled under the Refund Policy, and to report serious cases to the relevant authorities in accordance with the law.

VI. Prohibited Acts

The following acts are strictly prohibited:

  • Fraud in competition results or score fixing
  • Creating multiple accounts for profiteering
  • Exploiting system errors for illicit gain
  • Spreading malicious code, attacking the system
  • Impersonating other organizations or individuals
  • Using the platform for unlawful purposes

SCVN has the right to apply handling measures immediately upon detecting a violation.

VII. Management & Handling of Violating Accounts

Depending on the severity of the violation, SCVN may:

  • Issue a warning
  • Restrict features
  • Temporarily lock the account
  • Permanently terminate the account

In serious cases, SCVN may cooperate with the relevant authorities in accordance with the law.

VIII. Paid Services

  • Competing, earning SC points and joining a clan are always free
  • SCVN sells 12-month Pro and Elite account plans, which do not renew automatically
  • Price, benefits and term are clearly published before purchase
  • Payment is by VietQR on the web, the App Store, Google Play or under a contract with a school or organization

IX. Limitation of Liability

  • SCVN is the seller of the Pro and Elite account plans and the Organizer of tournaments it runs itself. For court bookings, courses and tournament fees collected by other parties, SCVN is a technology intermediary
  • Not liable for actual competition results outside the system
  • Not liable for disputes arising from users' personal conduct
  • SCVN staff adjust ranking data only on the grounds set out in the Operating Regulations, and every adjustment is logged

X. Suspension & Termination of Service

SCVN has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of the service in the following cases:

  • System maintenance
  • A request from a competent state authority
  • A serious violation of the terms by the user

SCVN will give advance notice where possible.

XI. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law
  • Disputes that arise are resolved through negotiation as a priority
  • If no agreement is reached: The matter is brought before a competent authority in Vietnam

XII. Effectiveness

The Terms of Service take effect from the date they are published on the SCVN website.

SCVN has the right to adjust the content and will make a public announcement when updating it.
